They are recognized professionals, with experience in various specialties, who make up the list of arbitrators of the National and International Arbitration Center of the Lima Chamber of Commerce.
In addition to strictly complying with the Arbitration Rules, they are obliged to comply with the Rules of Ethics that guarantee impartiality and transparency in the arbitration process.

All applications for inclusion in the list of arbitrators are periodically reviewed by the Superior Council of Arbitration, in accordance with Articles 28, 29 and 30 of the Statutes of the National and International Arbitration Center of the Lima Chamber of Commerce.
The results are published on the Center’s website in July of each year.
We inform the professionals interested in belonging to our Register of Arbitrators that the applications for incorporation that will be evaluated for the period 2023-2024 will be received until March 31, 2023.
Likewise, the current list of arbitrators is permanently reviewed by the Superior Council of Arbitration to determine their continuity.
