The National and International Arbitration Center of the Lima Chamber of Commerce was founded on September 22, 1993 as a solution to the challenges posed by the global market economy where effective and private settlement of disputes in the least time possible was fundamental. Currently, it is the most important and experienced institution in arbitration administration in Peru and one of the most renowned in Latin America. Its 25 years of experience, more than 6,000 arbitration cases and approx. 470 national and international arbitrators support this reputation. The CCL Arbitration Center offers an efficient, impartial and effective service for disputes arising from commercial contracts and contracting with the State, as its Superior Council of Arbitration ensures integrity, acting ethically with transparency in all its arbitration proceedings.
Actualmente es la institución más importante y con mayor experiencia en la administración de arbitrajes en el Perú y una de las más reconocidas en América Latina, que en sus más de 25 años de trayectoria ha administrado más de 6,000 arbitrajes y cuenta con una lista de cerca de 470 árbitros nacionales e internacionales.
El Centro de Arbitraje CCL ofrece un servicio eficiente, imparcial y eficaz para las controversias derivadas de contratos comerciales y contratación con el Estado, ya que su Consejo Superior de Arbitraje garantiza la integridad, transparencia y altos estándares éticos en todos sus procesos arbitrales.
