ARBITRATION BREAKFAST: ARBITRATION IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY

On March 19, we held an Arbitration Breakfast to talk about arbitration in construction and infrastructure projects. The event featured renowned speakers: Alex Campos, Eric Franco, Humberto Arrese, among others, who presented their perspectives on the main aspects of evidence strategy in common construction cases.

In this Arbitration Breakfast, the importance of Dispute Resolution Boards was addressed, as a mechanism to settle disputes in a simple way, without resorting to an arbitration process or stopping work.
